Sound Healing & Meditation (In-person & virtual)
Sound healing, is an ancient healing technique that uses instruments that produce different frequencies that have the potential to bring the body into a state of balance and harmony. During a sound bath session, you will find a comfortable position while you "bathe" in the different sound frequencies to help heal your mind, body, and spirit. *Sound frequencies are received the same way virtual through the use of headphones*
With meditation, tune into your breath, take notice of your body, and focus your mind on things to help improve mood, increase self-esteem, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and so much more.

Be in community with other likeminded individuals to learn, grow, and heal. Topics include but are not limited to balancing chakras, manifestation and intention rituals, improving self-esteem, letting go of things that no longer serve us, and creating and choosing happiness.
