What is sound healing and meditation?
Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies from various instruments to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.
Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. Nearly every religion, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, has a tradition of using meditative practices.
