What is sound healing and meditation?
Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies from various instruments to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.
Meditation can be defined as a set of techniques that are intended to encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention. It has been practiced in cultures all over the world for thousands of years. Nearly every religion, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, has a tradition of using meditative practices.

Who should not participate in sound healing?
You should not have a sound therapy session if you:

Are in the first trimester of pregnancy

Have thrombosis

Are prone to seizures

Please let us know if you have a pace maker or any other device
It is recommended to consult your doctor or physician if you have a serious medical condition such as the ones mentions prior to receiving sound healing services.
What should I bring to a sound bath?
Please bring anything that will support you in laying down or sitting up for the duration of the session.

A yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, and blanket.

Dress comfortably (e.g. loose fitted clothing and avoid clothing with zippers and buttons)

Bring water (participants often feel thirsty after a sound bath session)
Can I book a private session?
Individual private sessions are not available at this time. If you would like to book a private party (5 or more participants), contact me for options.
