Well you will be happy to know it's vision boarding time! Time to get your creative juices flowing as you set SMART goals for the year 2024! 

First things first...What is a vision board? 

A vision board is a collage of images and words that serves as a physical representation of the goals you want to achieve and/or things you want to attract into your life. 

What you should expect:

An icebreaker activity

A brief meditation to set the intention for the activity

Vision boarding to set you on the path to achieving your wildest dreams

A sound bath to close out the workshop to firmly cement your new goals into your subconscious

*** This workshop includes boards, scissors, and markers that will be provided to you. Please bring in 1 magazine to use and share with the group.
