Self-Care Summer Vibes

MHE and Array of Gratitude are teaming up once again to bring to you self care tool to start your summer off with calmness and clarity!

Our event will be a day of receiving healing in various ways; soothing your nervous system and shaking off any stressful vibes you've carried from last season.

During the first half of our event, we will practice breathwork to calm us down with a sound bath, used with crystal singing bowls to align with positive intentions, and ease the mind and body. Then release even more with restorative yoga, stretching the body as well as helping any stagnant energy move through you.

The last half will be focused on creativity with a Mindful Mandala exercise that brings more focus to your intentions and helps you manifest more positivity in your current life. 

June 24th will bring you a holistic experience that all around brings more balance to your mind, body and soul!

To put the icing on the cake, just by attending, you will be entered in our self care prize giveaway!!! This is a chance to win a gift basket filled with self-care items such as: one-of-a-kind journals, a self care workbook with coloring activities, clear quartz crystal, relaxation spray, and a hand painted Mindful Mandala art piece! 

Raffle tickets will be available to attendees that want to maximize their chances of winning during the day of the event! We will also pick the winner before the event is over.

Things you should bring with you: yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket as well as wear comfy clothing to move around in. All other supplies will be provided. Come with an open heart and intentional goal in mind as Irena and Sequoya guide you through a day of self-care vibes to jumpstart your summer!
