6 months down...lets revisit our goals and make some new ones for the last 6 months of 2024! And what better way to do so than with vision boarding and sound healing!
A vision board is a collage of images and words that serves as a physical representation of the goals you want to achieve and/or things you want to attract into your life.
What you should expect:
An icebreaker activity
A brief meditation to set the intention for the activity
Vision boarding to set you on the path to achieving your wildest dreams
A sound bath with multiple instruments to close out the workshop to firmly cement your new goals into your subconscious
*** This workshop includes boards, scissors, and markers that will be provided to you.Â
