About the event
Do you feel overwhelmed? Exhausted? On edge? Do you need a break? Can you make time for 30 minutes once a week over the next 6 weeks to give yourself that much needed break?
I know it's the end of the year and I bet you have so many things to do with probably NO time to do them. Your sleep is disrupted, your eating habits are out of whack, and everyone and their mama is getting on your nerves! Meditation can help you gain a clearer perspective on things so you can feel more at peace, get more things accomplished, and not allow the grinch/loch ness monster/orge come out and wreak havoc all over town!
For 6 Tuesday evenings from 630pm-7pm, I will be on zoom guiding you in various meditations to:
1. Reduce anxiety and stress
2. Improve mood and energy
3. Increase self-love and acceptance
4. Induce a state of relaxation
5. Gain a better understanding of oneself
6. Increase gratitude and appreciation
Journal prompts will be given and sound healing will be used to enhance the experience. Get ready to learn a bit about breathwork and mindfulness. I want to help you achieve everything your heart desires. I want to give you the space to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Are you up for it?
What you will need is:
A notebook or journal (a piece of paper will also do)
A pen or pencil (really anything to write with)
A device with update Zoom software
A quiet space
Anything you deem comfortable (e.g. pillows, blankets, yoga mat, etc.)
An open heart and mind
Sessions can be bought individually, as a pack of 3, or all 6.
