About MHE & the Founder

My name is Irena Moore and I am the founder of Moore Healing & Empowerment LLC. I am a certified sound healer, meditation teacher and practitioner, and Licensed Professional Counselor. Established in Central NJ in 2022, MHE aims to aid, support, and lead others on a path of self-empowerment and emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Through the use of holistic methods such as sound healing and meditation, we strive to strengthen, balance, and promote wellness in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.
